SOS Cleaning for the times you just need a little extra help

We can help! Our SOS cleaning is designed for you and is priced at £20 per hour (including VAT), subject to availability.

SOS for Deep cleaning



If you are happy to provide the cleaning products, vacuum, and mop & bucket our SOS service is a great way for you to save money on a large one-off clean.

We recommend 9 hours for a Small clean, 12 hours for a Medium clean, and 15 hours for a Large clean. Or choose one of our packages (based on the size of your property) on our Pricing Page.


SOS Cleaning Terms and Conditions

A minimum of 3 hours is required for this service and you will need to have the appropriate cleaning materials for the job. You will be required to pay the cleaner(s) cash on the day for the cleaning WHEN THEY ARRIVE. We are happy to send you a VAT receipt for the total amount.

You are booking cleaning time only, and will need to be on hand to tell the cleaners what you would like done and to check that it has been completed satisfactorily before they leave.

When the cleaner arrives please explain to them what needs to be done. Our cleaners are experienced and will discuss with you what can be achieved in the time booked. You may require more time and this needs to be agreed with the cleaner at the beginning.

You can, or course, stick to the time booked, but it might mean some jobs do not get completed. Please be realistic with the time booked. If you require deep-cleaning, extra time needs to be allocated. Our cleaners do not clean ovens - we have a separate service for this.

SOS Deep Cleaning Terms and Conditions

You will need to ensure that there are adequate cleaning products for the job, and a small step ladder if required. If you require a deep clean you will need to provide appropriate cleaning products for the task. A general purpose spray will not necessarily remove a build up of grease in a kitchen, or limescale in a bathroom. If you are unsure we can advise. Our cleaners do not clean ovens - we have a separate service for this.

You are booking cleaning time only and will need to be on hand to tell the cleaners what you would like done and to check that it has been completed satisfactorily before they leave.

A deposit, paid by bank transfer, is required to secure the booking. We will send an invoice at the time of booking, and the balance of payment must be paid in cash to the cleaner(s) on the day. We are happy to send you a VAT receipt for the total amount.

We do not usually recommend the SOS service for End-of-Tenancy cleaning.



We will not send you a contract. You will need to confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Here is a list of the things you will need to have ready for your cleaners:
General purpose spray, toilet cleaner (preferably not bleach), window & glass cleaner, furniture polish (if required), floor cleaner, bathroom cleaner, limescale remover.
Please also have a supply of cloths to wash and dry with. If you require deep cleaning please also supply non-abrasive sponge scrubbing pads and cleaning products suitable for the task.
You will need to have a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket, and a small step ladder. The cleaners are not permitted to climb on furniture.
The cleaners will bring their own gloves.
